MH901		BOARD 4 SIDES SANDING	After bought standard size wooden board from wood supplier. We sand the wooden board first to get rid of the rough and dirty on the wooden board . This Machine can sanding the wooden board from 4 sides (top, bottom, left, right). After the sanding the surface of the wooden board is smooth and ready for future paint process.
MH902		TENON OPEN MACHINE	Clothes Hangers are joint by two pieces of wood, In order to make sure the hanger are strong enough for clothes weight. We open tenons on two pieces of wooden board to joint up , This machine can open tenons on both sides of the standard wooden board.
MH903		EDGES ROUGH CUT	After we cut tenons on the standard wooden board, We cut the wooden board into two pieces by certain shape, Got rough edges pieces.
MH906			Particular used for wooden closed hanger, To joint the two pieces hanger board into a hanger shape from middle tenon part. Stable power can save the wase of manual way.

		Production Range:	Only used for Basice Standard Hanger style : flat HP0301 or Shaped HP0101
		Attention:	1. Got the raw finished wooden hanger parts. 2. Selected the raw material and graded them to A /B. and put big different color ones to different piles. 3. add glue on the tenons part of the wooden pieces. 4. Got the finished wooden hanger parts. Have the two pieces lay up on the hanger mould of the machine. Use foot to start the pushing action.

I often told a story to my teammates, that is a story an elder international sales noted me , He said he ever sold clothes hangers to Wal-Mart , when he got the order, the mountain before the factory was full of trees and green. When the order production were finished, he went to check the quality of the coat hangers. he found the mountain changed into yellow. All trees were cut for the orders. He was shocked and full of guilty. So he changed to sell machines to worldwide.

I met same status when I became an international business woman， I was shocked and full of guilty, too. But I did not change my products, I changed my clients. I got my belief that the products should have the reasonable value and to be cherished by the person who bought them. For clothes hangers, Custom order hangers and Eco Friendly hangers are more personality and more valuable, the clients who need customized cloth hangers became our main clients, So we can pay more attention on quality controlling, design, service and products range. TRAINING:

Hangers production is complex and need pay attention to quality standard, avoid waste and mistake.

We will offer Guide File to help the new factory build a management system.

We also welcome the client send workers to my factory to get training.

We can send out technician to the client factory if necessary.
