Environment
pollution is a common topic of global concern.In particular, plastic products
are harmful to the environment.
In recent
years,under the guidance of environment awareness, brand clothing retail stores,clothing
manufacturers and hanger manufacturers all over the world are actively
exploring the reuse of products to reduce the harm to the environment. My company Head Products International Company started the clothes hanger business from 2005.
We have focused on clothes hangers production and
international trade more than 15 years till now, We have KOOBAY hanger brand and custom order HHanger brand, include all kinds of coat hangers. We already have cooperation with
international brand clothes company based on hanger reuse project,to provide
hanger reuse service to the customers. We call it RTS Service ( recycle to ship).
Hanger reusing is
not low profit and complex, but it is a social responsibility, We love to do something on this matter. In order to fulfill out clients' willing to protect
environment, we provide all of these service. Contact us is the only left job for the clients.
So how to reuse
clothes hangers in clothes stores?
The whole process
listed like below as we shared . We hope more and more branded clothes
hangers can know it and let us protect our environment together.
First, The target of reuse hanger is not for saving cost. it is for recycling , for reusing , for reducing pollution. Anyway it is not expensive.
The stores need to add a rack behind checkout counter. When the cashier packing clothes
for customers can collect the hangers behind directly. when racks are full of hangers,then
pack these hangers in boxes and sent them back to warehouse.Like below picture
shows.
Second, we will
arrange trucks to pick up hangers from the warehouse to our factory.
Third, we will
sorted out hangers which can be reused and pack them like new products, Ready to ship them to the garment factory to assemble the new clothing.
How we deal
with the wasted hangers?
This project is
aim to protect environment,so there won’t be anything will pollute the
environment.
There will be some
damaged hangers during this process,these hangers will be collected by raw
material factory,break into plastic pieces and make into plastic
particles,finally these raw materials will be made into plastic hangers , we will make new hangers to cover the difference on volume.
Is there any
influence for clothes stores or garment supplier?
During this process,neither clothes stores or garment supplier,won’t have extra cost or other influence.Just need do a little adjustment as above,then we can reuse a huge quantity of hangers.So what a big contribution we will make for our environment!
Can we reuse other material hangers?
Clothes hanger include wooden hanger , metal hanger, plastic hanger , velvet hanger , satin padded hangers. The wooden hangers , metal hangers and plastic hangers are Okay to reuse. but padded hanger easy to be dirt and velvet hanger will lose velvet during usage. Have to drop away after usage.
How to reuse hangers if they existed in different countries?
We can do this project all over the world. Qingdao Head
