Particular used for wooden closed hanger, When hangers were painted first time, the surface might have dust hump or pot empty, replace workers manul polish , we use this machine to polish the hanger top , bottom and complex profiles , total 4 sides. after this step , can give hanger fact paint and finish the hanger production process.

MH901		BOARD 4 SIDES SANDING	After bought standard size wooden board from wood supplier. We sand the wooden board first to get rid of the rough and dirty on the wooden board . This Machine can sanding the wooden board from 4 sides (top, bottom, left, right). After the sanding the surface of the wooden board is smooth and ready for future paint process.
MH902		TENON OPEN MACHINE	Clothes Hangers are joint by two pieces of wood, In order to make sure the hanger are strong enough for clothes weight. We open tenons on two pieces of wooden board to joint up , This machine can open tenons on both sides of the standard wooden board.

		ATTENTION:	1. According to worn down status of sanding material ,decide to change new sanding cloth or not. Suggest change them each 35000-40000 pcs hangers. 2. The technician need remember to add engine oil to lubricate the Chain and the feeding equipment joint of the machine frequently. 3. When open the machine , Pls open the Frequency converter power switch. After 8 scents opened the power switch , Open the on-off button of conveyer , confirm the conveyer is under normal operating condition, open on-off button of polish wheel .confirm the polish wheel is under normal operating condition , open air powered material pushing button. . 4.Suggest convey speed under control at 45 pcs hangers per minute. In order to make sure the shoulder part of the hangers were polished well, keep 40-50mm distance between hangers. ( can got this status by adjust the speed of conveyer and feeding hanger time , Techinian ajust the machine friquently during production.). 5. When use the new sanding cloth to polish, polishing wheel speed should be kept at about 23 to 25( number will show on screen of Frequency Converter) .Company the worn down of sanding cloth, should speed up the polishing wheel for better polishing effect (The speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter). 6.When stop the machine, pls. power off the air power button first, confirm there is no hangers left inside , then stop the polishing wheel , at last power off conveyer belt. Important :

When the order production were finished, he went to check the quality of the coat hangers. he found the mountain changed into yellow. All trees were cut for the orders. He was shocked and full of guilty. So he changed to sell machines to worldwide.
