The Qingdao Import and Export Enterprises Chamber of Commerce is the largest and most representative hub-type social organization in the field of Qingdao's foreign trade - it is directly managed by the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and guided by the Municipal Commerce Bureau.
It gathers over 700 member enterprises covering local advantageous export industries. It serves as a formal channel for policy transmission and demand feedback between the government and enterprises, as well as a resource hub for small and medium-sized enterprises to unite and go global.
With its practical capabilities such as cultivating e-commerce talents and connecting with overseas business associations, it has become an indispensable non-governmental force in Qingdao's efforts to stabilize foreign trade and build a northern e-commerce highland.
In 2019, QINGDAO HEAD PRODUCTS INT'L COMPANY became a vice-member unit of the Qingdao Import and Export Enterprise Association.In 2026, it was re-recognized. And Linda Feng, the general manager of QINGDAO HEAD PRODUCTS INT'L COMPANY, participated in the awarding ceremony for the outstanding council member units of 2025 on June 11, 2026.
In 2021, 2024, and 2025, the association awarded it the title of "Outstanding Member Unit". The company has been listed consecutively.
To be honest, such titles do not directly bring in orders. Their significance lies more in reminding oneself: Are the industry activities one participates in sufficient, and will one step forward when needed by peers?
In September 2025, the Qingdao Trade Development Service Center included the company's international brand promotion practice in the "Outstanding Case of Brand Export" of the Qingdao Cross-border E-commerce Pilot Zone. This recognition had a significant impact internally. People in the field of foreign trade are well aware that from selling goods to building a brand, the hurdles usually lie not in funds but in whether one is willing to invest time in gradually exploring the local market. This case gave the team reasons to continue moving forward.
At the same time, our company also places great emphasis on assisting other enterprises within the chamber of commerce. Our general manager Linda Feng often attends the experience-sharing events held by the chamber. We played the role of a platform link, closely align with the actual needs of enterprises' overseas expansion, and collaborate with more high-quality ecological partners to provide a full-chain support for enterprises, helping them achieve high-quality "going global" and achieve steady and sustainable development.
In 2026, the general manager of the company Linda Feng was invited to attend the TikTok experience sharing event of the chamber of commerce and shared his experience in overseas expansion.
As a vice-presidential unit of the chamber of commerce, the company has always regarded participating in industry collaboration as its duty. The chamber of commerce provides the platform, and the enterprises perform the show. Sharing practical experience - including the detours taken - with fellow members for mutual learning is an industry responsibility that member units should fulfill.
Receiving such honors is a good thing, but that's all. What to do with them after receiving them is the real issue.
The company supports the "Love Fund" for student assistance and education. It participates through charitable donations and other means. It's not on a large scale, but it continues to do so.
At the 2024 Qingdao Foreign Trade Industry Summit and Anniversary Celebration Charity Gala, the company donated auction items for auction, and the proceeds were all used for student assistance and charity. In this year, the Qingdao Foreign Trade Industry Association's Love, Charity, and Public Welfare Foundation awarded the company the title of "Charity Star"; at the anniversary celebration charity gala in 2025, it was also awarded a contribution honor certificate.
The reason for leaning towards the education direction is quite simple: Most other forms of assistance usually only solve the problem for a short time. Education relates to the future decades. Whether a child can study for a few more years and how far he can go in the future are directly related. Charity is not something that ends with a donation. We are still following up.

Exchange rates, freight rates, policies, the purchasing rhythm of customers - any of these can cause a year's plan to be overturned and start over. Companies that can withstand these are usually not dependent on a single large order, but on the foundation built up through professional capabilities, integrity records, and a bit of responsibility.
Participating in industry construction and doing charity, we do not think they can be directly converted into business performance. Their value lies in forcing the company to shift its focus from this one batch of goods to what will happen in three to five years.
